The article examines challenges in higher education for refugees in low- and middle-income countries, particularly as they face barriers like policy restrictions, limited resources, and systemic inequities. It explores how these constraints impact refugees’ educational aspirations and outcomes and suggests ways to address them through inclusive policies, resource allocation, and collaboration. The study underscores the transformative role that accessible higher education can play in refugee integration and self-reliance.
